I mean, imagine you’ll loss all your data not to mention your pictures? Geeez, it was heartbreaking but well, what can I do. In the first place, it was my fault, i didn’t have any back up and so when our computer crashed; I ws so devastated.

Yet I’ve learned from that experience and so since then, I’ve been doing a regular back up in our computers.

And to give an unsolicited advice, you better back up your important documents now than be sorry in the end. Of course we’re not praying or wanting any unexpected event but it’s always good to be ready for any circumstances that occur.

I’ve experienced countless times when I burned cookies, bread, sometimes it’s overcooked and sometimes it’s undercook. That’s how I started with being a plain housewife. I was never ashamed of it because I’ve learned a lot from that experience and I’m pretty proud of where  I’m at now, in terms of cooking.

We’re going to have a Pre-Thanksgiving party this coming sunday and we’re going to host it. Of course part of our menu is a roasted turkey. It’s not just a plain turkey because it has to have some stuffing, the cranberry sauce, the sides and etc.

This would be my first time to cook turkey stuffing and I planned to cooking a sample of that stuffing tomorrow so we can taste it, if it doesn’t suit our taste then I need to find another recipe for the stuffing yet I believe on the rating the recipe I found. Imagine it earned 5 out of 5 stars from more than 10 users so I think it’s a good one.

I’m talking about the husband and wife relationship.

I’ve been married for 18 months now and things have not change (maybe so far?). We’re still excited to see each other at the end of the day and our ” I love you’s” are still a part of our daily lives.

We always exchange emails when he’s at work and I’m in the house and we also talk on the phone like 1 or 2 times a day. I can say that our relationship is healthy, yeah we have fights but they’re all minor.

One thing that I learned from the teachings of my parents was that, when one of you is boiling, the other one should/needs to try to calm down. I learned this by heart and I approached/applied this in our differences (you can’t avoid this).

That is why, we manage to settle our different opinion in a calm way. We also have an open communication so that solidifies our relationship.

Also, hubby and I agreed not to do/say/speak/utter in the house no matter how angry he is or I am is the curse words. Curse words never do anything good when you have an argument or even in a calm talk. You may thought of it as a funny word (when you use it in a humorous way) but it’s really not.

I was never a fan of any curse words and my husband used to say those (can’t blame him, that’s how it is in the States) but he tried his best to stop uttering those words even slowly. And I admire him for it.

I know we have different approach on how we deal with our lives but this is how I do mine :-)  It’s not perfect but we’re happy, at peace and contented.

Then Bills keep on coming back trying to win the game. Although they (Bills) tried their best but it wasn’t enough. The last field goal made by the Browns let them win the game.

It was an interesting game plus the regular season is almost over so most of the teams that are hanging and needs to win, has to win the next succeeding games or else..better luck next year.

I’ve been wearing pj’s and pants since Fall started and I always secure a hat and a thick coat before I go out. This way I don’t get sick from being expose to too much coldness. We also bought us medicines for flu, colds, cough, allergy and so on and so forth. Haha - that’s just how it is when you live in the States.

Unlike in the Philippines that you only have rain or shine - short for hot weather. So we don’t much of the weather way back when I was in the Philippines. it maybe hot and humid but as far as I’ve experienced, the temp never reaches more than 110 or 115F.

But anyway, you know one thing I hate about cold season? It’s not the flu or the colds but the static shock. I HATE IT. I just hate it. It always caught me by surprise and it always make me utter a lil scream.

Yay .

But come to think of it, who does like static shock? No one does I think…or there might be a few. Do you?
