2008 is almost saying goodbye and I’m pretty excited for 2009.
So what’s up with my 2008, what happened and what are the downfalls and achievements I had with this year?
My adjustment of living in a foreign land has been pretty manageable. You may never believe me if I’ll tell you that I didn’t had any major difficulty but really, it was flawless.
As always, I’m thanking my ever dearest husband for being so supportive. Not to mention the technology that we have right now, it’s so much easier to contact my parents back home. Of course as a married person, there are times that hubby and I would have disagreements and a little misunderstanding.
It’s unavoidable, any married person would agree with that. Our disagreements and miunderstandings doesn’t last long though, we always sort it out by talking calmly and by trying to open our minds to each others opinion. You know, different opinions usually collides
so we practiced on being openminded. And it worked great.
For downfalls? Hmmm, it’s not really a downfall but a very challenging path..me, on looking for a permanent and regular job. It’s hard to get one in town, the minimum wage here is (I think) $5+ so I always ended up choosing to stay at home rather than trying to work for that amount of pay. If I can find like probably $7 and up then I’ll work for it.
With regards to achievements, my husbands’ education is both our achievement. I’m so proud of him, plus no headache with his kids so it was a good year for us.
So really, our incoming 2009 would be an exciting one. We have plans and we’re we’ll work hard to attain each of our milestone for the incoming year
Have a bblessed and fruitful new year everyone ![]()
To all of those that are looking for website hosting information, I have here a link that would give you a list of web hosting websites to help you find the right one that will suit your need.
One thing that you’ll need to take note before locking yourself in a web hosting plan is that if it caters with your needs. Each of the website or web blog has its own specification of what services is it that you want. There are websites that are used for web stores and there are also websites that are used for blogging or disseminating information purposes.
These two varies. With regards to web-store, the owner needs to make sure that the hosting company can also give encryption services. That’s only an example that you need to take note. There are other more important factors that you need to consider.
Anyway, webhostingreport.com will help you choose which one is best for you. Why did I say it? it was simply because this website is featuring a list of web hosting provider and rated by the best value for the price. “Overall value is determined by price, uptime reliability, quality of customer service, and user feedback found on forums.” According to the website itself
Hello everyone
How was your blogging days so far? Mine was hectic. I’ve got too much on my plate that is why I wasn’t able to update most of my blogs. Parties are everywhere and since hubby was off most of the time, wifey duty is 24/7
It was a good Christmas celebration for us. We went to the mountains for snow tubing and ended up going to a resort and eat there. Hubby was so all smiles of their seafood buffet. Of course when you live anywhere in New Mexico where most of the body of water you’ll encounter areĀ man-made then you will appreciate seafood more than you can imagine.
Inn of the Mountain Resort (that’s the resort where we went) showcase an edible Christmas theme village. Everything was made out of candies and chocs I believe. It was awesome to witness it ![]()

I’m on my nth time re-reading the “Twilight Series” novel
. This is what fills my vacant time when I’m not busy writing any entry. I’m not really a TV addict and I always prefer reading than watching TV.
Lucky me I found a softcopy of the Twilight Series book and it’s (illegally) free, so I always have the access to read which series would I want to read. By the way, let me know if you want the link and I would gladly give it to you. I just can’t post/publish it here as you know, it’s copyrighted and we’ll violate the law.
Don’t get me wrong ok? I already have the books ( hard copy), hubby bought it last Christmas as a gift. But hence I’m always on my computer, the online copy is the most comfy way to access.
See how my hubby loves me? In spite of him making a comment or rather I should say re-naming Twilight as “A man who falls in love with a chicken”, he still bought me the series
and that’s without any complain. He just said yes let’s buy it if you want it when I asked him about it.
