My hubby dovey

My kalbo (bald) hubby look so skinny on this picture..hmmm. But he really is so skinny recently. He lost more than 30lbs. He used to have big muscles but when he started having some minor health problems, instead of lifting weights..he concentrated on cardio. the results were enormous, he doesn’t have any cholesterol problem anymore. We’ve only combat it for 1 and a half month with the help (of course) with the medicines and my hubby dovey’s health is in good shape again.
He’s sugar is almost back to normal also and we’re very happy about it. We’ve learned a lot from that trial. One thing that I can advice to other families is that, practice eating healthy foods and as much as possible, it needs to be a balanced diet. That’s the only way you can avoid getting sick.

Na-control man kaha nimo imoha? Sa kaon ra man jud na..bisan diet soda wa na mi gapundo diri sa haus. pure tubig na mi nya ang ice tea namo, ako na ang gahimo nya splenda amo sugar. Even sa foods niya, ga-substitute ko pirme.
